Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us at any time to delete the information we hold about you. Depending on how you have been in touch with us, this can be:

• your email address and subscription, if you requested the free cheatsheet;
• your purchase record, if you bought the eBook;
• your Instagram username, Instagram-scoped ID, the comment that started the conversation and its status, if you commented on one of our Instagram posts;
• the website visit linked to your sign-up.

How to ask

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject Data deletion. Include the email address you used and, for Instagram, your Instagram username.

We delete your information within 30 days and confirm this by email.

One exception: if you bought the eBook, we must keep a minimal purchase record (your name, email address and the product) for 7 years for accounting and tax purposes. We delete it after that period.

Only stop our emails

Just want to stop receiving our emails? Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. Your email address is then deleted.

Remove access on Instagram

You can also remove our app’s access at any time in Instagram: Settings → Security → Apps and websites.
