These terms apply to spirisensa.com, the free channeling cheatsheet and the eBook Introduction to Channeling. Spirisensa is a brand of Innerworld Creation LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Sussex, DE 19958, U.S.A. You can reach us at [email protected].

Age

You must be 18 or older to sign up for the free cheatsheet or to buy the eBook. Channeling is not intended for anyone under 18.

The free cheatsheet

The cheatsheet is free. You receive it by email after you sign up with your email address. By signing up, you agree to receive emails from Spirisensa. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.

The eBook

Introduction to Channeling is a digital eBook in PDF format. The price is shown on the sales page and at checkout. Payment is handled securely by Stripe.

After payment, the eBook is delivered to the email address you entered, usually within 1 minute. Didn’t receive it? Check your spam or junk folder first, and if it isn’t there, email [email protected]. We’ll make sure you get it.

No right of withdrawal and no refunds

The eBook is digital content that is delivered immediately after payment. At checkout you expressly agree to this immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. For that reason, purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded once the eBook has been delivered.

If the file doesn’t open or is incomplete, email [email protected] and we will send you a working copy.

Using the eBook

When you buy the eBook, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use it yourself. You may print it for your own use. You may not share, forward, copy, publish, resell or distribute it, or any part of it, without our written permission. All content of the eBook, the cheatsheet and this website is protected by copyright.

Spiritual content

Our content is meant for personal and spiritual growth. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Please read our disclaimer.

Liability

We take great care with our content, but we cannot guarantee any particular result. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the cheatsheet, the eBook or this website. Our liability is in any case limited to the amount you paid for the eBook.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought the eBook.
