Spirisensa is a brand of Innerworld Creation LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains what personal information we process when you visit spirisensa.com, request our free cheatsheet, buy our eBook, interact with our Instagram account, or email us.

Visiting this website
This website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics such as Google Analytics.
- Visitor statistics. To see how the website is used, we run our own statistics through Autoflowr. They record which pages are viewed and for how long, which links and buttons are clicked, the website or campaign that brought you here, your screen width, and your approximate country, device type and browser. You are recognised only by an anonymous code that changes every day; your IP address is not stored for this. If you sign up for the free cheatsheet, the visit during which you signed up is linked to your subscription, so we can see which page led to it. Statistics are kept for about 13 months.
- Hosting and security. The website is hosted by Hostinger and delivered through Cloudflare, which protects it against attacks. Like any web server, they process your IP address and keep standard technical logs (such as the time of a request) for security and troubleshooting.
The free cheatsheet
When you request the free cheatsheet, we process your email address, the time of your sign-up and the page you signed up from. We use them to send you the cheatsheet and our follow-up emails. Our emails are created in Autoflowr and sent through the email service SMTP2GO, which keeps a delivery log. Every email contains an unsubscribe link. We keep your email address for as long as you are subscribed and delete it after you unsubscribe.
Buying the eBook
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your payment details go directly to Stripe; we never see your full card details. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the payment. We keep a minimal record of your purchase (your name, email address and the product you bought) for 7 years, because we are required to keep it for accounting and tax purposes. We use your email address to deliver the eBook.
When you comment a keyword on one of our Instagram posts, our Autoflowr system sends you a direct message with the link you asked for. For this we process your Instagram username and the Instagram-scoped ID that Instagram provides, the text and time of your comment, whether you tapped the buttons in our messages, whether you follow our account (as reported by Instagram), and whether you clicked the link we sent you. We use this only to send you the message and link, and to measure how our posts perform. We use the official Instagram API provided by Meta; Meta’s own privacy policy applies to your use of Instagram.
Emailing us
When you email us, we use your name, email address and message only to answer you. We keep the email as long as needed to handle your question and any follow-up.
Why we may use your information
- Your consent, when you request the free cheatsheet and our emails. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing.
- To deliver what you bought, when you buy the eBook.
- A legal obligation, for keeping purchase records.
- Our legitimate interest in a secure, working website and in understanding how it is used, for server logs and visitor statistics.
Sharing and storage
We do not sell your information and do not share it with anyone other than the services named in this policy, which process it on our behalf or under their own policy. Some of these services, and Innerworld Creation LLC itself, are located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Your information is stored for the periods mentioned above, or until you ask us to delete it, unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Email [email protected]. See also our data deletion instructions. If you live in the EU or UK and are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Children
Our website, emails and eBook are not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
